This appointment will go over all your history, past medications, family history, and medical issues. This will also include discussion of current problems, goals, as well as a treatment plan that includes medications, alternative treatments, and next steps. You will also have this evaluation available for you family doctor, your records, or future use.

$200 - Up to 60 Minutes

This is your follow-up appointment to continue your treatment plan. This includes continued medication adjustments, education, modification of your treatment, and any psychotherapy.

$125 - Up to 30 Minutes

Medication management, refills, some limited discussion/psychotherapy, and check-in. Primarily for patients happy with their treatment/medications. Depending on your treatment plan, this could only be 2-4x a year.

$250 ONE-TIME

Happy with your provider? Don’t want to have a psychiatric provider? Have your records sent or provide your history and medications.
