  • Did you know concentration and attention deficit is not always ADHD? We can work to determine the cause and the best treatments that work for you. Hint: It is usually not a stimulant!

  • Medication for Addiction Treatment (MAT) can be helpful for both reduction and complete sobriety. We can come up with a plan and goals that work for you.

  • Insomnia has one of the biggest impacts on mental health. How can your day be good if you don’t sleep? Sometimes this is first step to wellness. We can develop a plan that works for you - medication or not.
